YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
We work with talent on all levels. Whether they come in having certain skills or we have to build them up, our goal is to enhance and educate athletes on what it truly means to be elite. At Top Elite, our training will include:

Skill Development - Overall training to specific training, i.e., ball handling, shooting, defensive concepts, strength and conditioning

Stretching - Young athletes need to understand how important it is to stretch properly. Our training will offer foam rolling and yoga classes on selected training days

Corrective Exercises - these exercises are specifically geared towards injury prevention and stabilization.

Plyometric Exercises / Speed and Agility

Mental Training - Situational Training prepares the athlete to adjust during moments where IQ adaptability is at its highest.
